He then said to Adam A.S. after placing the seeds in his hand, "this is your food, O Adam." Adam was so happy. He said, "Can I eat it now?" Gabriel replied, "No, Adam. But plant the seeds first in the ground." Adam sowed the wheat seeds in the ground and at that moment God made them grow. Adam was happy and said to Gabriel, "Can I eat it now, O Gabriel?" Adam later, Gabriel said, Harvest the wheat first." Adam said, "How do I harvest it?" The angel Gabriel then taught Adam how to harvest wheat. Adam harvested the wheat seeds, while hunger seemed to be about to kill him, but there was no other way for him than to do what the angel Gabriel ordered. He Taught Adam How to Process Wheat Adam saw Eve crying, holding back her hunger. So he worked even harder until he successfully completed his job of harvesting the wheat. He then praised his Lord and said to Gabriel, "Now, Eve and I can eat it right?". Jibril replied, "Not yet, peel off the husk of the wheat first, then separate the wheat that can be eaten from that which cannot be eaten!". Adam asked how? And Jibril taught it, and Adam did it until it was finished When Adam wanted to eat it, Jibril stopped him again, Jibril told Adam to pound the wheat first with two MILL stones

Malaikat Jibril A.S. turun dengan membawa beberapa butir biji gandum. Ia kemudian berkata kepada Adam A.S. setelah meletakan biji tersebut di tangannya, “ini makananmu, wahai Adam.

Adam begitu bergembira. Ia berkata, “Bolehkah aku memakannya sekarang?”

Jibril menjawab, “Tidak, Adam. Tapi tanamlah biji itu terlebih dahulu di tanah.”

Adam pun menaburkan biji gandum tesebut di tanah dan ketika itu juga Allah menumbuhkannya. Adam senang dan berkata kepad Jibril, “Bolehkah aku memakannya sekarang wahai Jibril?”.

Nanti dulu Adam, kata Jibril, Panenlah gandum itu terlebih dahulu.”

Adam berkata, “Bagaimana cara memanennya?”Malaikat Jibril kemudian mengajarkan kepada Adam bagaimana cara memanen gandum. Adam pun memanen biji gandumnya, sementara rasa lapar seakan hendak membunuhnya, tapi tidak ada cara lain baginya selain melakukan apa yang diperintahkan oleh maiakat Jibril.

Diajarkannya Mengolah Gandum

Adam melihat Hawa yang menangis menahan rasa lapar. Maka ia pun semakin keras dalam bekerja sehingga berhasil menyelesaikan pekerjaannya memanen gandum tersebut. Ia kemudian memuji Rabbnya lalu berkata kepada Jibril,  “Sekarang, aku dan Hawa sudah boleh memakannya kan?”.

Jibril menjawab, “Belum, kupaslah kulit gandum itu terlebih dahulu, lalu pisahkan gandum yang bisa dimakan dengan yang tidak bisa dimakan!”.

Adam Bertanya bagaimana caranya?
